Making maple sugar is something I've always wanted to try, but have been a little intimidated by. It's a lengthy process and can be quick to make a mess if you're not careful. Plus, the idea of ruining a whole jar of our precious maple syrup meant it was just not worth the risk for me- until now! I've done a lot of reading and researching, and I've now finally got the recipe down on how to make my own maple sugar, and I'd like to share it with you all. All you need is a jar of maple syrup, and you can make your own too!
